Description

This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both small and large business concerns. The project consists of the construction of an approximately 2,839,100 liter, welded steel water storage reservoir, foundation, overflow line, drain line, splash pad, gate valves, and approximately 128/LM of chain link fencing and all necessary appurtenances, located on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, Bingham County, Idaho. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Estimated range for this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Liquidated damages shall apply. Performance and payment bonds are required. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting respective Tribal ordinances is required. Period of performance is approximately 200 calendar days after the notice to proceed has been given. Solicitation Documents will be available approximately July 29, 2002. Requests for solicitation documents must be provided in writing; faxed requests for solicitation documents will be accepted to 503/326-7425.
