- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F46VEH22480100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. This procurement is a tot al small business set-aside. The NAICS code, SIC code and small business size standard for this procurement are 336212, 3715 and 500 respectively. The quoter must state in their quotation their size for this procurement. 120FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, Montana, has a Firm-Fixed requirement for One (1) Each Low Bed Equipment Trailer, Manufacturer: Talbert, Model: T3DW-50SA-HRG-1-T1, or equal. Specifications include: 50 Ton Capacity; GOOSENECK: Non Ground Bearing Low Profile Design, Power Package and PTO, Seven Pin Connector Electrical Receptacle, 96? Swing Radius, Hydraulic Support Cylinder; DECK: 25? 0? Deck Length, 12? Swing/Removable Outriggers, 8?-6? wide Deck and Rear Bridge, 24? Loaded Deck Height, 8? Loaded Road Clearance; REAR BRIDGE: Three (3) 25,000# Capacity Axels, Ridewell Air Suspension, 255/70R22.5(H) Tires, Steel Disc ? Hub Piloted, Outboard Mounting Wheels, Bolster and Half Bolster on Rear Bridge, Front Bridge Ramp, Boomwell in Rear Bridge Section, Anti-Lock Brake System; GENERAL: 12 Volt System Lights and Wiring, Standard Talbert Black Paint, 12 x 12-1 each Lashrings on each side of gooseneck; 5 each side of deck, 20,290# Estimated Empty Weight. 120FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Fal ls, Montana intends to use this Equipment Trailer for transporting F-16 Static Display and other support equipment.
