- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Information Systems Procurement Branch (DITCO-AQSS22), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Eastman Kodak Company, 343 State Street, Rochester NY 14650-1115, for on-site maintenance of a Kodak Microimage Processor IV and Autotouch Finisher microfiche equipment located at ISA-St Louis, 9700 Page Avenue, St Louis MO 63132. The period of performance for this maintenance service is from 01 October 02 through 30 September 03. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who are factory certified to perform maintenance on the above equipment must indicate their interest within 7 days of this advertisement. Oral communications are not acceptable. No quotations/proposals are required in response to this notice since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotation/Proposals. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.
