- CONTACT KEVIN ZIMLINGHAUS, CONTRACTING OFFICER?S REPRESENTATIVE, AT 530-367-2224 FOR TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. This solicitation is for a PERFORMANCE BASED SERVICE CONTRACT for the pre-commercial thinning (PCT) of plantations and natural stands to enhance the growth of young trees by reducing trees per acre of less vigorous trees. This thinning is on the Foresthill and Nevada City Ranger Districts of the Tahoe National Forest. There is no pre-bid meeting or tour. The NAICS is 115310 with a small business size of $6 million.
