- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 450,000-550,000 BOMA rentable square feet of office space. The office space must be located in no more than three handicap-accessible buildings that are located within three city blocks of each other. Offerors are asked to coordinate expressions of interest when multiple buildings are offered. The lease term is five to ten years firm term with two (2) five-year options to renew. Buildings must be available for phased occupancy commencing on or about January 1, 2003. Expressions of interest should include: 1) building name, address and age; 2) total square footage available (BOMA/ANSI office rentable and usable) and availability schedule for all space offered; 3) rental rate information quotation per BOMA/ANSI office rentable square foot; 4) scale floor plans 'as built' identifying the space being offered on CADD disc; 5) information on the building ownership; and 6) amount of parking available.
