- Description
- The Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, Brecksville, OH, intends to solicit for delivery of Dry Ice to its' Research Services, located at 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141 and 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. The contractor will be required to deliver approximately 17,784 pounds of sliced blocked dry ice on an annual basis. Blocked ice will measure approximately 10=94 X 10=94 X 12=94 and be sliced to approximately two (2=94) inches thick. Contractor will be required to perform 52 deliveries per year. Services are desired for a base year with four one-year pre-priced options for renewal. Requests for solicitations packages must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Solicitation packages may be requested by fax at (440) 838-6052. Also, offerors may visit the following Internet website http://www.Fedbizopps.gov/, to obtain a copy of the solicitation package. Solicitation packages will be available o/a 9/9/02.
