NA THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS ACTION IS MARY TOWNSEND. Spectrometer, Spectoil M/N NSN: 6650-01-415-1767; Items are the only ones that can be used with the Spectoil M/N Spectrometer. The spectrometer has been approved by the Joint Oil Analysis Program Te chnical Support Center. Deliver to US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Only vendors enrolled in Central Contractor Registration will b e considered for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Quotes may be faxed to the attention of Mary Townsend at 256/876-9533.
