- NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to procure sole source from Tec-Masters, Incorporated, 1500 Perimeter Parkway, Suite 215, Huntsville, AL, services to overhaul/retrofit two (2) Electronic Repair Shelters. The work will be to refurbish, re condition and upgrade two ERSs, serial numbers 001 and 002, to a fully serviceable and techincally compliant state. This will include the replacement of obsolete and missing Commercial Off-The-Shelf and Non-Developmental Equipment. The ERS sem-trailer van and its interior structure will be upgraded to the latest configuration. This procurment will be incorporated into the existing contract with Tec-Masters, Incorporated, DAAH01-99-D-0010 See Number Note 22.
