Description

NA Instructions for MDUGS Pre-Bid Conference 1. Please note that the anticipated Pre-Bid Conference has been delayed and will occur on or about 4 October 2002 at the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate, Ft. Belvoir, VA. Conference will occur in the Looft Conference room located on the 4t h floor of Building 305. 2. Those organizations interested in attending should submit a formal request via email to the following individuals: Daniel Bryski Daniel.bryski@nvl.army.mil Sharon Minor Sharon.minor@nvl.army.mil Requests must include the following information: Company Name Company Address Primary POC Primary POC phone number/email Number of attendees Full name of each attendee 3. All requests must be received not later than 20 September 2002. 4. Conference attendance is limited to US citizens. 5. A receipt of request confirmation and additional information (maps, agenda, changes, etc..) will be forwarded via email to the Primary POC identified on the formal request.
