Description: NA This will be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Aliamanu Military Reservation in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory faci lity condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year 01 Jan 03 to 31 Dec 03, Option Year 1 , 01 Jan 04 to 30 Jun 2004, Option Year 2, 01 Jul 04 to 31 Dec 04. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 4 October 2002. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 5 Nov 2002. Period of performance is 1 Jan 03 through 31 Dec 0 3 with 2 pre priced 6 month option periods. This procurement is a Total HUBZONE Set Aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $14.0 million. NAICS 56172, Janitorial Se rvices.
