Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2001-09 (30 August 02) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regula tion Supplement (DFARs) current to DCN 20020730 edition. It is anticipated that payment will be by Government Visa Credit Card. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3663 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334 220 with size standard of 750 employees. This requirement shall consist of one (1) Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, Quantity - 3 Each, Motorola Radios - Part Number #01-P35846M001 - PMB-100 Mobile System including Transceiver (URC-200), 12V Car Mounting Ki t (UDD-100A), and Spring Loaded Radio Antenna with Mounting Kit (UVU-110S); Part Number #56-35872M003 -UCB-300 Carrying Bag-Black. These Motorola Radios and related items are required to be compatible with existing equipment currently being utilized. All quotes shall be clearly marked with this Solicitation number DATM07-02-T-0033 and e-mailed to linda.renteria@yuma.army.mil or Fax 928-328-6849 no later than Close of Business Mountain Standard Time (MST) 4:30 P.M. 19 September 2002. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations of information as required by 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 252.212-7001 cited below, or reject the terms and conditions of this CSS may be excluded from consideration. The Government will award a contract resulting from this CS S to the responsible Offeror whose quote conforming to this CSS will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following FAR Clauses and provision are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. FAR prov ision 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (Oct 2000).
