- See Note 22. Telecommunications Management System Software Upgrade. The upgrade would increase interface with the Nortel SL-1 telephone switch that will provide better traffic analysis to assist in determining future upgrading of telephone services. Monthly V&H table update that will automatically update new area codes and DSN prefixes in the switch. Media processing that will translate billing CDs currently received from MCI Worldcom for FTS-2001 billing into a format that can provide up to date per minute charges for both CONUS and OCONUS toll calls made by customers at the Air Station. Provides a window-based system, which makes the production of special reports. Licensed by K & R Custom Software, Inc. The software will provide: Toll call message accounting license, 2 users, gui, TCMA option fo smdr monitoring, 1 switch, windows, TCMA option for merge/compare (2 data sources), TCMA option for carrier media processing (for MCI perspective and DOD and toll free calls only. pin billing option for SL-1 switch, option for pin assignment and tracking, traffic and performance reporting license, grade of service option for traffic (per switch), gui, plant record/cable records license, 4 users, gui, PR/CR export interface for E911 database, option to import SL-1 switch data, telephone service request/trouble calls, 4 users/gui, jetpower series speed interface, 32 users, gui, speed 1 utility license, 4 users, speed I control module and report generator, 16 user, speed I windows usage module, 4 to 16 users, KCML client-server for windows nt, 4-user, speed I license update change. credit for existing software. V&H database for US & Canada centroid pricing, add-on for call destination names, add-on,overseas (1 rate class), annual charge for shipping and handling. Analyst Services (CONUS) for 132 hours. Travel expense (2 persons driving) 12 months of software maintenance. See Note 22.
