- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a hardcopy solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation Number is USZA22-02-T-0017. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract listed here is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The commercial items to be quoted are: CLIN #0001 ? Quantity ? 18 each, SATCOM Diplexer, Power = 100 Watts, Dimensions = 6?x2?x1?, Weight: <24 oz, to include SMA Connectors. Item must meet operating temperature range of: -20 degrees C to +70 degrees C, and the following RF specifications: Center Frequency: (Tx path = 305 Mhz, Rx path = 255 Mhz), Pass Band: (Tx path = 290 to 320 Mhz, Rx path = 240 to 270 Mhz), Insertion Loss @ Pass Band: (Tx path = < 0.5 dba max, Rx path = < 0.5 dba max), (PB) VSWR (WRT 50 ohms): (Tx path = 290 to 320 <1.5:1 max), Rx path = 240 to 270 <1.5:1 max), Rejection: (Tx path 50 db min, Rx path = 50 db min). The recommended source is Page One Science Inc, MFR PN: POS CM-100. FOB destination is desired not later than 30 Days after receipt of order. Request Delivery/transportation price from Origin to Bluegrass Station, Lexington, Kentucky be separately priced if delivery is other than FOB destination. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 22. Notice: ?The offeror?s attention is directed to the fact that contractor personnel will assist the Government in a contract specialist role for solicitation issuance, proposal receipt and evaluation/analysis. Submission of proposal in response to the solicitation constitutes approval to release the proposal to Government Support Contractors, who have signed Non-Disclosure and Rules of Conduct/Conflict of Interest statements.?
