- The previous synopsis for the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy (TMOP) did not contain the URL to allow interested parties to link to the TRICARE Management Activity solicitation web site. The URL for the TMOP solicitation is http://www.tricare.osd.mil/contracting/healthcare/solicitations/tmop/. This publication also serves as notification that (1) the Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2002 in Aurora, CO; time and place yet to be determined; and (2) the TMOP solicitation was issued today (1 March 2002). An email will be forthcoming to those interested parties who have registered on the TRICARE Management Activity website as potential offerors regarding the time and place of the Pre-Proposal Conference. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 09-SEP-2002.
