Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format under Federal Acquisition Procedure (FAR) Part 12--Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2LMCA22340100. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20020730. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335431. The size standard is 500. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The acquisition is for the following supplies: CLIN 0001, 1 each, 1000 Foot Spool of 36 Conductor Shielded Cable (20 AWG): CIT-36C-361-20A; CLIN 0002, 2 each, 1000 Foot Spools of 72 Conductor (12-6) Shielded Cable of 18 AWG Wire: CIT-72C-126-18A; CLIN 0003, 1 each, 1000 Foot Spools of 48 Conductor (24-2) Shielded cable of 20 AWG wire: CIT-480-242-18A; CLIN 0004, 1 each, 1000 Foot Spool of 48 Conductor (24-2) Shielded Cable of 20 AWG Wire; CLIN 0004, 1 each, 1000 Foot Spool of 24-RG58/U Coaxial Cable. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: technically acceptable lowest priced offer. Offerors must be offering supplies that meet the specifications requirements. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with the offer. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, it can be accessed at the web site shown above. The following DFARs clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.212‑7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (including 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program); 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
