Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation #: F1CERU22340100 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under federal stock class 3750. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Items are to fit a Bush Hog 20 foot Batwing Mower. Line item 0001, Tires, 24 X 7.7 X 10 14/16. Part #97709 or equal. QTY 4 EA. Line item 0002, Wheel/Flange with hole, Part #92861 or equal. QTY 5 EA. Line item 0003, Drive Shaft, Part #83585 or equal. QTY 1 EA. Line item 0004, Tube 5.5 X 10, Part #92860 or equal. QTY 4 EA. Line item 0005, Inner Wheel Lining, Part #92863 or equal. QTY 4 EA. Line item 0006, Shipping FOB to Andersen AFB, Guam 96543 QTY 1 EA. NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #: ______________________ (VI) If supplying an or equal please provide specifications on product. (VII) Place of delivery:36 CES/CEORG Attn: Rodney Cruz, Bldg 9001, Andersen AFB, Guam, 96543. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. A firm requirement is set, however as of this date funding has not been secured. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A.
