- Modification to action published on 8/7/02 for one-year maintenance agreement for GE medical equipment at Naval Hospital, Lemoore, CA. The non-competitive procurement is changed to unrestricted for those offerors who can provide OEM GE parts and maintenance service for following GE equipment: Model 46-27600462 X-Ray; Model 46-2742061 X-Ray; Model Hi-Speed DX/I CT Machine; Model Z108143 Mammo X-Ray; Model 209998CARM Stenoscope D9 Mobile System. Maintenance period is 1 Oct 02 thru 30 Sep 03. Maintenance to include all repair parts (new OEM parts) to exclude glassware, all software upgrades, two preventive maintenance visits per year in March and September, Insite tech phone support and dial-in access for remote diagnostics troubleshooting 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Coverage for normal working hrs, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days a week with a 30 minute response by tech support (In site) and 6 hr onsite response time. Anticipated award date is 20 Sep 02.
