Description

The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with the Garden Garage Lomasney Way Standard Parking, 5 Longfellow Place, Boston, MA 02114. The USSS has a requirement for proximate, 24-hour secured, key-card parking for approximately ten (10) Government Vehicles. The Garden Garage Lomasney Way - Standard Parking facility is the only known proximate 24-hour secured key-card facility. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Interested parties must submit capability statement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within five (5) days. See Notes 1, 22, and 26. Note 22 is modified to read three days in lieu of forty-five.
