- OFFICE SPACE REQUIRED The General Services Administration (GSA) will be issuing a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) for Leased space in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Delineated area is within: I-25 on the West, Four Mile Road on the North, Pershing Ave. on the South, College Drive on the East, Minimum space required is 12,007 BOMA Office Usable Square Feet (USF). Space is to accommodate two agencies. One agency requires 8,821contiguous USF located on second floor or above and (27) fenced, secure parking spaces. The second agency requires 3,186 contiguous USF on the second floor or above and (12) fenced, secure parking spaces. Public and Handicap parking spaces will also be required in addition to fenced spaces. Building shall have 100-foot setback on all sides. Two separate means egress are required to the building. Site may not be located adjacent to residential day care centers or schools. Office space must be handicap accessible and meet all fire and life safety codes. Occupancy is desired by October 1, 2003.
