Description

Notice The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration/ Office of Sustainable Development and Intergovernmental Affairs intends to sole source the below requirement to the University of Hawaii/School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology/ Dr. E.Gordon Grau.The requirement is to develop a Report for NOAA that can serve as template for other ocean/coastal based colleges and universities to integrate sustainable development concepts in undergraduate curricula. Dr. Grau has created a unique program on Global Environmental Science (GES); the Report will be based on Dr. Grau's template from GES. This is considered proprietary information and therefore only Dr. Grau with SOEST and GES can prepare this report. This is a sole-source award and no proposals from other sources will be accepted. See Note 22, This announcement is only open for 10 days from posting.
