- NA Army Community Service Office has a requirement for a Nonpersonal Services Army Community Service Deployment or Mobilization and Stability and Support Operations (SSO) Readiness Specialist and Army Family Team Building Program Manager. The contractor shal l implement and manage the Army Family Team Building and the Army Community Service (ACS) Mobilization or Deployment and Stability and Support Operations (SSO) Readiness Programs in accordance with the Statement of Work. Contractor shall normally work 40 hours each week. Regualr work hours will be 0715 ? 1600, Monday through Friday. Contractor shall possess as a minimum 2 years of education beyond the high school level. Contractor must have attended and graduated from the Department of the Army AFTB Mas ter Trainer course. Contractor must have attended and graduated from the Department of the Army AFTB Program Managers course. Experience with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with and/or exposure to ACS programs is require d. Contractor familiarity with the military lifestyle and military command structure is a required qualification for the performance of this contract. Contractor must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Contractor must possess b asic word processing skills using Windows 95 or better. Contract period 1 October 2002 thorough 30 September 2003 with 3 option years. For a copy of the statement of work, contact Maria Fidone at (210) 221-4146. This is a combined synopsis/solicitatio n for nonpersonal services. The solicitation number is DADA10-02-T-0171 anticipated closing date is 16 Sep 02. Contractors must provide resume with their proposal. The solicitation is for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supple mented with additional information included in this notice.
