- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase on a sole-source basis, equipment from Perkin Elmer Life Sciences, 100-3 East Canton Street, Boston, MA 02118, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The equipment to be purchased is as follows: (1) one each P/N 900-3011538000 Scan Array Lite, including p/nos 813-00984 (Domestic Destination Kit) & 810-01071 (Express 1.0 Single Seat Software); (2) one each P/N 810-01498 Scan Array Lite Factory Upgrade to Scan Array Express; and (3) one each P/N 813-00962 Yellow 594nm Laser YheNe (594 nm) Internal Laser with filter (614nm). Closing date of this notice is 20 September 2002, with award anticipated no later than 30 September 2002. Delivery of the units shall be F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The government shall not issue a written solicit ation as a result of this notice (N00178-02-Q-0008).
