Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for a quantity of one (1) Veritronic Poster Printer Plus (Part Numbers 20000-00 and 20001-00). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. This is a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an unrestricted procurement. Delivery shall be FOB at the IRS New Carrollton facility in New Carrollton, MD. The date of delivery shall be on or before October 1, 2002. All qualified Business sources must submit their quotes, in writing, to Lawana C. Pressley-Lawson, the Contracting Officer. ALL QUOTES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SPECIFIED TIME AND DATE OF 12:00PM NOON ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2002 to be considered for award. The government will make award of a purchase order to the offeror whose offer, conforming to this requirement. Please email your questions to Lawana C.
