This is a combinedSynopsis/solicatation. USDA Rural Business-Cooperative Service Cooprative Resources Management Division seeks to enter into a Sole Source Firm fixed Price Contract for a Consultant for the Assesment Phase for the Ghana Cooperative College Project with Main Street Cooperative Group.
