- This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation (RFQ). Proposals are not requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315999. The size standard in number of employees is 500. The procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-02-TR-0058. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Barrer Wear for NOMEX III protective garments for the following: JACKETS: NOMEX III-A, Flame Retardant antistatic 7.5 oz. sq/yd stand-up collar, adj tabs on sleeve cuffs, two-way front zipper, Velcro strip (pile surface) centered on back jacket (6"Hx12"L), Velcro strip (pile surface) above left breast pocket (1"Hx4"L) COLOR: Black; QUANTITY: 0001-Small / regular 5 each; 0002 - Small/long 1 each; 0003 - Medium/regular 22 each; 0004- Medium/long 7 each; 0005-Large/regular 67 each; 0006-Large/long 41 each; 0007-XLarge/regular 117 each; 0008-XLarge/long 79 each; 0009-XX Large/regular 73 each; 0010-XXLarge/long 22 each; 0011- XXXLarge/regular 25 each; 0012-XXXLarge/long 20 each.
