- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F13ADS22331000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. (iv) This acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 337214 and small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for modular office furniture workstations. The design must me flexible to allow movement of workstations into any configuration on the production floor. All items are taken from Haworth "Crossing System" catalog, however, equal items may be quoted. This is a DO rated order with priority identification symbol of C9E. A FirmFixed Price purchase order will be issued under the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Quotation shall be signed, dated and submitted on your company's letterhead or quotation forms. Quotations may be submitted via fax.
