Description

NA The Defense Contracting Command - Washington on behalf of The Joint Staff Information System Management Office (JSIRMO), plans to negotiate, on a sole source basis with DynCorp Information Systems LLC, 15000 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151, t o provide for continued DocuPact license maintenance and service for the JASP system. The JSAP system provides a paperless office environment that processes actions and moves actions within an integratd solution of workflow software, scanning stations, and a centralized database. The DocuPact is the COTS document management system used within the JASP system which provides the linkage to Joint Staff records management and archiving. The period of performance anticipated award will cover 24 September 2002 through 23 September 2003. The award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is anticipated. This notice is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement delineating the ability of the party to meet the stated requirement including detailed pricing information.
