Description

NA THE POINT OF CONTACT IS MARY TOWNSEND. PLEASE SEND ALL REQUESTS/QUESTIONS TO HER. Spectrometers, Upgrades, Kits, Lasernet Fines, Fuel Dilution Meter and Ttian Benchtop Analyzer. Delivery will be to various CONUS and OCONUS sites with various quantities to each site. All equipment has been approved by the Joint Oil Analysis Program. T he analytical laboratory equipment will be utilized in the AOAP laboratories to conduct analysis test for the presence of wear metals, additives, contaiminants, etc. To meet the tri-service standardization requirments as specified in AR 700-132, JOAP, and AR 750-1, the above listed analytical test equipment purchased by the Army, Navy, and Air Force must be approved by the JOAP-TSC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Award will be on ALL OR NONE BASIS. Contractor must be APPROVED by the Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP), Pensacola, FL. NAICS code applicable to this action is 334516. Estimated delivery: 60 - 90 days ARO. THIS ACQUISITION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Solicitation shoul d be available for viewing on the Army Single Fact to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site approximately 20 Sep 2002. All sources must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration, (CCR), to be considered for an award.
