NA THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS ACTION IS JACK TESCH. PLEASE SEND ANY/ALL QUESTIONS, REQUESTS TO JACK. MR. TESCH'S phone number is 256/842-7418. This is for 1 each, Spectroil M/N Model Spectromenter, NSN 6650-01-415-1767. (The Government's intended use is to detect impending aeronautical and non-aeronautical component failures and lubricant condition through this state-of-the-art analytical technology analysis of oil/grease samples using the enhanced 20 element Spectroil M/N with Windows 98 software inco rporating fuel, coolant, and additives programs that are capable of detecting presence of these contaminants and wear-metals in aeronautical and non-aeronautical components oil samples. The 20 elements are FE, AG, AL, BE, CR, CU, MG, NA, NI, PB, SI, SN, T I, B, BA,CD, MN, MO, V, AND ZN. Satisfy AOAP and industry analysis requirements. Satisy AH-64, Ch-47, OH-58 and AGPU ASAM analysis requirements for detecting presence of the aforementioned contaminants; and meet tri-service standardization requirements a s specified in AR 700-132, JOAP, and AP 750-1, the equipment must be approved by the JOAP-TSC.) Delivery FOB: Destination. Deliver to: Camp Humphries, Korea, no later than 02 January 2003. NAICS code 334516. Size standard 500 employees. It is the Gove rnment's intent to solicit quotations using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the Policies and procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and issue a firm-fixed price order. Spectro Inc., is the only manufa cturer approved JOAP-TSC instrument capable of analyzing for presence of wear-metals in synthetic and mineral based used lubricants from aeronautical and non-aeronautical components.
