- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. Soli citation small business Hubzone companies. North American Classification Code is 334111 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. This is a firm fixed contract. Item 0001 is for Brand Name or Equal, Part Number CISCO3620-CH, 28804: equal 2 n ew Cisco 3620 2 slot router with 2 wan slot with 5 year warranty, 22 each; Part Number LL362C, 209987: Cisco Series IOS IP software License, 22 each; Part Number, NM-1FE-FX, 24811, 3600 1 Port 100Base-FX Module, 22 each, Part Number WIC-IT, 28923: equal 2n ew Cisco 1 Port Serial WIC Module Includes CX 5 Year Warranty., 22 each, Part Number WS-C2924C-XL-EN, 34495: equal2new 35595: equal 2 new Cisco Catalyst 2924C xl 10/100 24 port RJ45/sc switch enterprise edition. The following provision and clauses are applicable to this solicitation/contract: 52. 212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items with addendum to delete paragraph (e) and (h). 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, applies with paragraph (a) completed as follows: Award will be made to the offeror that meets the solicitations minimum criteria Technically acceptability at the lowest cost.
