- NA This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for metal outdoor dining furniture prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under DAKF61-02-Q-0074. This request for quotations and incorpo rated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This action is unrestricted; the NAICS is 337124 with a size standard of 500 employees. A fixed price contract is anticipated for six line items. CLIN 0001, Qu antity 220 ea, Stacking chair side car, black, EmuAmericas Model Luna 370 or equal; CLIN 0002, Quantity 55 ea, Table, 36? square with umbrella hole, metal mesh top, black, EmuAmericas Model Cambi 802 or equal; CLIN 0003, Quantity 37 ea, Umbrella, 6.5? squa re, 8? high, premium market aluminum pole, green, EmuAmericas Model PAS or equal; CLIN 0004, Quantity 37 ea, Umbrella base, cast iron ornamental, black, square, EmuAmericas Model SBS70 or equal; CLIN 0005, Quantity 5 ea, Table, 24? dia, bar height 42?, sol id metal sheet top, black, EmuAmericas Model 900H or equal; CLIN 0006, Quantity 20 ea, Barstool, black, EmuAmericas Model Coupole 384 or equal. No plastic or wood showing on any part of offered product. Offeror is to submit technical information displayi ng features of proposed equal for comparison to suggested product. Delivery will be to the Directorate of Community Activities, 1571 South 9th Ave, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quot e form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offeror?s complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms; unit prices, extended total prices per CLIN, and grand total for all items; anticipated delivery time after award, technical information displaying features of proposed equal for comparison to suggested product, DUNS number, and COMPLETED FAR 52.212-3 Alt I. Quotes and applicable literature must be received at DBS, CONTRACTING, 2103 S 8th AVE, FORT MCCOY, WI, 54656-5153 NO LATER THAN 1630 HRS (CST) 19 SEP 2002.
