Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requests and a written solicitation has been issued, however, it is not necessary for the offeror to return a signed copy of the RFQ SF 1449 with the offeror?s proposal. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is EXIM-02-Q-0027. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 01-07 (effective 05/15/02). This is an unrestricted solicitation. There is one line item, 0001, which will be a quantity of 10 each ? Teamstudio, 7-Product Bundle ? Analyzer, CIAO!, Configurator, Delta, Librarian, Snapper & Linkchecker including a maintenance agreement for one year. The delivery and acceptance is these items are inside delivery at 811 Vermont Ave, N.W., Washington, DC 20571. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes of Executive Order (11,12,13,14,& 15); and 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference. The Government plans to award this requirement to the lowest priced-responsive offer. Offers are due to the Contracting Officer, L.
