Description

NA The Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Act (ESA) Collaborative Program (Program) expects to fund projects for the benefit of the endangered Rio Grande silvery minnow and southwestern willow flycatcher in federal fiscal year 2003 (October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003). We are seeking proposals for projects in four general categories: program management, habitat restoration and improvement, research and monitoring, and water acquisition and management. Detailed proposal requirements and formats for submission of proposals for each of the four categories are available by connecting to our web site; http://www.uc.usbr.gov/index.html, Grants and Cooperative Agreements, "Request for Proposals". The work will be performed under the North American Industry Classification System Code ( NAICS) 924120.
