- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5608. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20020730. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 334220. Small business size standard is 750 employees. SIC Code is 5731. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number: CLIN 0001, 1 Each Slip Ring/dual channel rotary joint assembly. Item provided must be compatible with Tecom P/N 822708 Antenna System. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements required in this synopsis.
