NACIS 234990 - Install underground utilities and compacted base for trailer at the US Border Station, US Hwy 281 at Canadian Border, Dunseith, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on September 19, 2002. Total time for completion is 60 days. Estimated cost range is $25,000 - $100,000.
