Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS for Janitorial Services in the common areas of multi-story Visitor/ Bachelor Quarters, Naval Air Facility, Key West, Florida. The work includes eleven (11) multi-story buildings located at three (3) different areas in the Key West/ Boca Chica Key, Florida Keys area. The estimated total square footage is 99,100 SF. Offerors shall verify actual square footage themselves. Common areas, including common bathrooms, must be cleaned and maintained to meet award-winning WHITE GLOVE standards established by the Client. Work does not included cleaning individual Guest Rooms. One contract having 1 base year and 4 option years will be issued. Work to start on 1 December 2002. This requirement is solicited as a Commercial Item. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government, considering price and past performance inside and outside the Federal Government. On-site Contractor management staff shall be bi-lingual. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. NAICS 561720; size $14 million. Offerors will be required to submit a price proposal and Past Performance information. ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND AT: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
