- NA Notice of Intent to Award a sole source contract to NETFUSION INC. for maintenance and support of Athene/MVS Pro-Sim software. The contractor will (1) provide annual updating and subscription service for the period of 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2002 for ProSim and Athene/MVS software, (2) provide annual updating and subscription service for the period of 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2002 for Athene/MVS software, and (3) software technical services for the period of 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation document does not exist. Capability statements received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered for future requi rements.
