Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. It is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2001-09 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industry Code 812930 applies to this procurement. Below is a description of items, quantities, and unit of measurements, including option(s), if applicable:(0) 27 Parking spaces for members of the Denver Recruiting battalion assigned to Headquarters. The parking facility or lot shall not be located beyond a 2 city block radius of the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion-Denver CO 1600 Sherman St. Denver CO 80203. A city block is defined as 300 feet contractor will provide the on-site turnover, training and as-built documentation. The provision 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Oct 2000), applies to this solicitation. The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (Feb 2002), applies to this solicitation. The provision, 52.252-1, Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference, applies to this solicitation. The clause, 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set-Aside, applies to this solicitation. The clause, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues or Executive Order -- Commercial Items (May 2002), applies to this solicitation. Wage Determination No. 1994-2081. Rev 20 is hereby incorporated. The provision 252.212-7001 Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitiation, 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (MAR 1998) (41 U.S.C. 10a-10d, E.O. 10582). The clause 252.212-7001 ? Required Central Contractor Reqistration, applies to this solicitation. The clause 252.204-7002, Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors (Dec 1991), applies to this solicitation. The clause, 252.242-7001, Pricing of Contract Modifications, applies. All provisions and clauses applicable to this acquistion can be obtained in full text at the FAR website http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable proposal, as submitted by a responsible offeror and ability to meet time requirements. Pricing will include all chages/fees.
