- Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Provide landscaping services to include the installation of shrubs, grass (hydro-seed or broadcast), edging, mulch and maintenance until established at a location in F E Warren AFB, WY. See Attachment for a drawing and detailed information of items requested. Faxed or telegraph offers will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. F48608-02-P-0148 will be issued as a Commercial Purchase Order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 561730 (SIC is 0782). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business (Size Standard is $6 million maximum). Lowest Price will be the basis for award of this contract. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror(s)--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. At the home page select the FBO for Vendors. A series of indexes will follow requiring these selections: USAF -- Offices; Air Force Space Command Locations; 90CONS; Posted Dates. Active solicitations will be listed in accordance with their date of issuance. Offers are due by 24 Sep 02, NLT 4:30. Work will be required to commence one day after contract award.
