Description: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (USDA) intends to award a fix priced contract to the Heartland Communications Group (Heartland)for a subscription service. Heartland provides the Hotline Equipment Guide, a service USDA uses for access online. Heartland also has the Heartland Farm Equipment Guide, a monthly publication providing current sales prices of farm equipment sold through a network of dealers and private sales at auctions throughout the United States. USDA has utilized this service for the past 18 years.
