TOWNSEND.PLEASE SEND ALL REQUESTS/QUESTIONS TO HER.(FT-IR)Spectroscopy Model, P/N 099-1905 UPGRADES.Quantity Up To 52.Sole Source to Digilab.Delivery will be to various CONUS and OCONUS sites with various quantities to each site.Equipment has been approved by the Joint Oil Analysis Program.To meet tri-service standardization requirements specified in AR 700-132, JOAP, and AR 750-1, the Spectroscopy Model being purchased by the Army, Navy, and Air Force must be approved by the JOAP-TSC.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.Contractor must be APPROVED by the Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP), Pensacola, FL. NAICS code applicable to this action is 334516.Estimated delivery 6 0-90 days ARO.THIS ACQUISITION IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by this agency.All sources must be enrolled in the Central contractor Registration, (CCR), to be considered for an award.To request a copy of the solicitation please send fax to (256) 876-9533.The point of contact for this action is Mary H.
