Description: The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Blood Bank intends to award a sole-sourced commercial standing order to Pall Corporation 2200 Northern Greenvale, NY 11548 for leukocyte reduction filters and administration sets. A copy of the solicitation may be viewed at www.neco.navy.mil. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the base period 1 November 2002 through 30 September 2003 with two (2)option years. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY03 funding. See Note 22.
