- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Westlaw for an online retrieval service that includes information and access to unique legal, business, financial, securities, news, public records and other databases. An annual subscription with four one-year options is anticipated. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which shall be considered by the agency. See note #22.
