- Description
- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. The required service is to provide parts and installation to provide card access, security, early warning fire alarm (using smoke detectors and thermal detectors) that will be integrated with preexisting system. This system will be for the new full-service pharmacy at 541 Norfolk St, Aurora CO 80011. Delivery date 20 Oct 2002 The government intends to award on a sole source basis to Security Central, Inc.. Security Central Inc. installed preexisting system, furthermore the system is warranted, maintained and monitored by Security Central Inc.. The proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2543-02-T-0014 is issued as a Request for proposal. Below is a description of items, quantities , and units of measurements, including option(s), if applicable: (0) Card access and security system ? door for badge access: 1 Silent Knight 5208 fire alarm control panel with digital communicator, 1 silent knight remote annunciator/keypad for front entry, 12 photo-electric smoke detectors, 4 thermal rate-of-rise heat detectors, 4 manual pull station (at exit doors), 8 indoor horn/strobe units, 1 outdoor horn/strobe unit, two rechargeable batteries for back-up power source, phone interface and programming to exclusive 24-hour monitoring facility, one year warreanty on all equipment and installation labor (1) Card access and security system ? closed circuit TV system: 2 Hirsch DM9600-dl 9600 baud modems, 1 M8N access control (8 readers), 5 Hirsch DS47L-SPX scramble keypad w/proximity reader, 1 Hirsch DS47L-SPX-HI high intensity scramble w/proximity reader, 6 Hirsch MB-1 scramble pad mounting box, 4 locknetics 320+ mag lock 600lbs. Holding force, 2 detection systems DS-150i exit motion sensor, 2 rutherford 985TD exit button w/signage and timer, 3 Von Durpin 5100-26D commercial electric strike, 1 securitron BPS 24-6 UL listed power supply, 1 22/6 plenim wire 18/4 plenum wire connectors and misc items, labor to install, 100 proximity badges/access cards. (2) Card access and security system ? Monitored alarm system: 1 Pelco PMC14F 14 inch color monitor, 1 Pelco QD104C Color Quad, 2 Pelco G35H2 ? 2CGV35AK outdoor color camera, varifocal lens, exterior enclosures, heater/blower & mount, 1 Pelco MCS4-2B power supply, 1 plenum rated coax cable and 18/2 plenum wire, 1 digital camera video recorder with dedicated micros DVR4, labor to install and program the materials listed above (3) Fire Alarm System: 1 Ademco vista 50P master panel with two partitions, 2 digital keypads with alpha-numeric, LCD display, six magnetic contact switches on perimeter doors, 6 passive infrared motion detectors for interior detection, 4 audio glass break sensors, 1 uplink cellular transmitter for secure phone monitoring service, 2 indoor sirens to sound an audible alarm, 5 24-hour panic/duress buttons, 1 temperate monitoring sensor, 1 auxiliary power supply, one rechargeable battery for back-up power source, monitor for temperature alerts on two refrigerators, phone interface and programming to 24-hour monitoring service, 1 year warranty on all equipment and installation labor. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 21 Sep 02 at http://www.eps.gov.
