Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for the refurbishment of twenty-five (25) waste water containers and fifteen (15) potable water containers. The period of performance in the resulting contract will be 120 days after contractor pick-up of items. Potential offerors are herby notified that the solicitation is ONLY available by dowloading the documents at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contract from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
