- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F09609-02-Q-0023 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia is soliciting for the acquisition of MAINTENANCE RENEWALS service. CLIN 0001: G-R BVADMIN-EXCHPL, Renewal -BV Admin for Exchange - QTY 8,000; CLIN 0002: G-R-BVADMIN-Renewal-BV-Admin for Windows 2000 Administration - QTY 8,000; CLIN 3: G-R-BVMIGR-W2K-Renewal-bv-Admin for Windows 2000 Migration-QTY 8,000. Period of performance is from 1 October 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. This procurement is set aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 3346123 size standard 1000 employees. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, shall apply along with Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Evaluation of quotes will be based on price. Quotes shall include a complete copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, shall apply with FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, DFARS 252-212.7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, AFRC 5352.222-9100, and AFRC 5352.237-9102, Permits and Licenses shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in 52.212-5 are 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.222-41, 52.222-42 and 52.232-33. Applicable clauses cited in 252.212-7001 are 252.225-7036, as well as Department of Labor Wage Determination 94-2133 (Rev 22) dated 6/28/2002 applies. This procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. Please note that prior to award of contract, contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. All interested parties should submit a written quote to 94 LG/LGC, 1538 Atlantic Avenue, Dobbins ARB, GA 30069-4824. Proposals must be received by 2:00 P.M. (EST), on Friday 27 September 2002.
