Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F05604-02-T-0036, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 97-26. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 562112 and the business size maximum is $10 million. The proposed contract will be set-aside for a small business concern. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Line item 0001: Non-personal service to furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation for the following: Empty/Maintain Oil/Water separators at Peterson AFB, CO from 01 Oct 02 thru 30 Sep 03 IAW the statement of work, this CLIN will be awarded on a Not to Exceed price basis. The statement of work is available upon request and a site visit has been scheduled on around September 23, 2002 at Peterson AFB, all interested parties please contact Chris Townsend at the phone number below for directions. Offeror must be registered in the (CCR) database; (see FAR reference below). Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items) with their proposal. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, contact the contract specialist to receive a copy. Provision 52.252-1 (Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference); This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
