Description

The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO seeks to purchase the following items in support of the mission of Peterson AFB. The following items are required for this acquisition: (1) NSN 8475-01-446-2436 Flyer Helment XL, 4 ea; (2) NSN 8475-01-446-2438 Flyer Helmet, LG, 5 ea; (3) NSN 8475-01-472-3318 12" Zeta liner 1/4" thick, 12 ea; (4) NSN 8475-01-472-3319 12" Zeta liner 1/2" thick, 12 ea; (5) NSN 8475-01-472-3320 13" Zeta liner 3/8" thick, 15 ea; (6) NSN 8475-01-472-3777 13" Zeta liner 5/8" thick, 12 ea; (7) NSN 8475-01-472-3779 14" Zeta Liner 1/4" thick, 15 ea; (8) NSN 8475-01-472-3780 15" Zeta liner 3/8" thick, 12 ea; (9) NSN 8475-01-472-3770 15" Zeta liner 5/8" thick, 12 ea; and (10) NSN 8475-01-472-3773 16" Zeta liner 3/8" thick, 12 ea. This Sources Sought Synopsis is hereby amended to remove the following statement: "A 100% Small Business Set Aside is anticipated." This Sources Sought Synopsis is now Full and Open Competition. Respondents must identify their business status, i.e., woman owned, minority owned, Native American (tribally owned or Alaskan Native), Services Disabled-Veteran owned, Hubzone, 8(a), or Large or Small Business, the point of contact with the appropriate voice and FAX numbers, as well as the mailing and e-mail addresses. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339113; size standard 500 employees. The government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors wishing to receive information on this requirement must submit their request in writing by 17 September 2002.
