Description

NA DESC: Depot Level Repair of the M94 Muzzle Velocity System (MVS), NSN: 1290-01-412-5760, P/N: 12950994; the M93 MVS, NSN: Not assigned yet, P/N: 12979002; and the Muzzle Communications Adapter (MCA). FOB is Dest. For use on the 105mm, 155mm and 8-inch How itzers and the M109A6 Paliden. Estimated issue date is 31 Oct 02. This is a sole source effort to a small business that owns the technical data. This solicitation is restricted to RSL Electronics USA Inc., 70 Round Hill Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. O ffers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing a n electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. B ecause of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
