NA DESC: The item to procure is the M94 Muzzle Velocity System (MVS), NSN: 12190-01-412-5760, P/N: 12950994, Qty: 60 ea; M93 MVS, NSN: Not assigned yet, P/N: 12979002, Qty: 40 ea; Muzzle Communications Adapter (MCA), NSN: 1290-01-468-6533, P/N: 11838876; and services for the upgrade and retrofit of the M93 MVS. FOB is Dest. For use on the 105mm, 155mm, and 8-inch Howitzers and the M109A6 Palidin. Estimated issue date is 31 Oct 02. This is a sole source effort to a small business that owns the technical dat a. This solicitation is restricted to RSL Electronics USA Inc., 70 Round Hill Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued elect ronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais /SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
